est d\u2019accompagnement la communaut\u00e9 de kasangulu sous une approche int\u00e9gr\u00e9e des actions concert\u00e9es des diff\u00e9rents acteurs de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile de kasangulu, tout en respectant leur autonomie. Entant que l\u2019un des fondateurs du r\u00e9seau et membre effectif, le GTAAR y a assum\u00e9 la fonction de Secr\u00e9taire Ex\u00e9cutif du R\u00e9seau de 2012 \u00e0 2022.
